Early 2011

In early 2011 i joined a high school extraculicullar which took me to adventurous week end. It’s a routine PE twice a week plus a training in nature. The hardest train is trail running which need strength, agility, and stamina.

We camped a night and do some breathing excercise then rest. And wake up early morning for pray and stretching. We start at 6 when the sun started to shine through the woods.

We ran uphill and most of us just walking slowly because the track very hard with 60-70˚ inclination so, I take a zig zag way just to make it easy. 😀

Your knee will start trembling and fatigue, you breath harder, and your head can be so light or load… neither you love the downhill because it seems to be so high.

oh you should try to wash your face in a little river where we camp! It’s clean, fresh and amazingimage
